About the role
The role involves providing exceptional customer service, managing guest requests, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors.
Responsibilities
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Manage room assignments and check-ins/check-outs.
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and common areas.
- Perform light cleaning tasks as needed.
- Assist with special events and functions as required.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
