Guest Services | Bell Attendant ($22.50/hour+)

About the role

The Bell Attendant plays a crucial role in ensuring guests are comfortably accommodated and informed about hotel services, local events, and amenities. This role involves constant communication with the Front Office and Valet to manage guest luggage and personal items efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests are escorted to and from their rooms and assist with luggage transport.
• Provide local recommendations and indulge in special requests made by guests.
• Assist the Concierge team before and after hours, including answering guest inquiries, providing directions, and making reservations.
• Share knowledge of hotel services, local events, and available transportation options.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to moderate weight.

Pay

The hourly rate for this position begins at $22.50.
