Requirements

• High school education or equivalent experience
• At least 1 year in grocery industry
• 6 months in ag leadership role like Customer Service Representative
• Strong decision-making skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Safety awareness

Pay

• Hourly associates are paid weekly
• Part-time store associates are paid a $1 premium per hour on Sundays and select holidays
• Holiday premium for full-time store associates is time and a half

Schedule

• Full-time position
• Afternoons, night shifts, weekends, and holidays
