Guest Services Agent

About the role

We are seeking a Guest Services Agent to join our dynamic and fun team at Staypineapple. This position is temporary and will conclude on October 31, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Completing daily front desk duties including check-ins/outs, room scheduling, room moves, late checkouts, stay-overs and rates and types of available rooms as well as responding to other requests from guests and providing welcome beverage and barista services as needed
• Absorb and share knowledge of the hotel as well as the surrounding areas, venues and attractions
• Assist arriving and departing guests with their luggage to and from guest rooms
• Act as a point of reference for guests that require assistance or information and attend to their wishes and requirements

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Three to six months related experience preferred
• Possess a valid food handlers card and alcohol service card (can acquire after hire)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office
• Ability to effectively interact with all hotel guests and team members in a polite and positive manner
• Ability to quickly assess situations and create effective resolutions to problems
• Possess a passion to provide excellent customer service

Qualifications
