Guest Service Leader PT

Responsibilities

• Maintains Guest Service Standards
• Ensures No Noticeable Wait Policy standards are met
• Manages guest traffic flow from both sides of the register
• Works with Store Manager and Guest Service Manager to manage schedules
• Trains cashiers to call additional hosts as needed
• Handles guests and host requests promptly and professionally
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the front end and parking lot
• Models positive behavior for other hosts
• Marks unused check lanes and enforces policies
• Trains and develops front end hosts
• Communicates problem areas and underperforming hosts to the Guest Service Manager
• Provides feedback to front end hosts on their performance
• Performs cashier and guest service clerk duties
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing personality
• Ability to work well with others
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally and 15 lbs constantly
• Ability to read and understand information and directions
• Knowledge of front end operations
• Ability to supervise and train people
• Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements
• Effective communication and guest service skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Successful use of math skills
• Ability to work with computers
