Guest Service Leader PT

Responsibilities

• Maintains Guest Service Standards
• Ensures No Noticeable Wait Policy standards are met
• Manages guest traffic flow
• Works with Store Manager and Guest Service Manager to manage schedules
• Trains cashiers to call additional hosts
• Handles guests and host requests promptly and professionally
• Maintains cleanliness and order in the front end area
• Maintains cleanliness and order in the parking lot
• Models positive behavior for hosts
• Marks unused check lanes
• Makes sure front end policies are enforced
• Trains and directs hosts who are not meeting standards
• Communicates problem areas to the Guest Service Manager
• Provides feedback to hosts on their performance
• Performs cashier and guest service clerk duties
• Performs other duties as assigned
