Guest Service Agent

Welcome to The Dunlin, Auberge Collection. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be part of a team that ensures every guest's stay feels like a perfectly curated escape. You will manage check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and special requests with professionalism and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, personalized guest service
• Anticipate guest needs and provide tailored recommendations
• Process payments and handle reservations using property management systems
• Maintain accurate guest records and ensure data confidentiality and accuracy
• Collaborate with housekeeping, concierge, and management teams to ensure seamless communication and operational efficiency

Requirements

• One year of experience in a similar role
• Ability to clearly and pleasantly communicate in English, both orally and in writing
• Ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail
• Ability to interact in a polite, professional, and engaging manner
• Experience in a luxury environment is preferred
