About the role
Welcome to The Dunlin, Auberge Collection. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be part of a team that ensures every guest's stay feels like a perfectly curated escape. You will manage check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and special requests with professionalism and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized guest service
- Anticipate guest needs and provide tailored recommendations
- Process payments and handle reservations using property management systems
- Maintain accurate guest records and ensure data confidentiality and accuracy
- Collaborate with housekeeping, concierge, and management teams to ensure seamless communication and operational efficiency
Requirements
- One year of experience in a similar role
- Ability to clearly and pleasantly communicate in English, both orally and in writing
- Ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail
- Ability to interact in a polite, professional, and engaging manner
- Experience in a luxury environment is preferred
