About the role
At Angler's Hotel – Miami Beach, hospitality is more than a service—it's about creating memorable experiences. We're looking for a Guest Service Agent who is passionate about hospitality, enjoys connecting with people from around the world, and thrives in a fast-paced hotel environment.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
- Manage guest check-in and check-out efficiently and accurately.
- Handle reservations, room assignments, billing, and payment processing.
- Respond promptly to guest requests, questions, and concerns while providing exceptional customer service.
- Share recommendations for local attractions, dining, transportation, and hotel amenities.
- Cook up with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other hotel departments to ensure guest needs are met.
- Maintain accurate guest records using the hotel's Property Management System.
- Follow cash-handling procedures and hotel security protocols.
- Help create memorable guest experiences that encourage repeat visits.
Requirements
- Previous hotel front desk or guest service experience preferred.
- Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience using the Medialog Property Management System (PMS) is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a plus.
- English required; Spanish preferred.
- French or additional languages are a plus.
