About the role

At Angler's Hotel – Miami Beach, hospitality is more than a service—it's about creating memorable experiences. We're looking for a Guest Service Agent who is passionate about hospitality, enjoys connecting with people from around the world, and thrives in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
  • Manage guest check-in and check-out efficiently and accurately.
  • Handle reservations, room assignments, billing, and payment processing.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests, questions, and concerns while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Share recommendations for local attractions, dining, transportation, and hotel amenities.
  • Cook up with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other hotel departments to ensure guest needs are met.
  • Maintain accurate guest records using the hotel's Property Management System.
  • Follow cash-handling procedures and hotel security protocols.
  • Help create memorable guest experiences that encourage repeat visits.

Requirements

  • Previous hotel front desk or guest service experience preferred.
  • Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience using the Medialog Property Management System (PMS) is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a plus.
  • English required; Spanish preferred.
  • French or additional languages are a plus.
