Guest Room Attendant

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced and customer service-oriented individuals to join our Housekeeping Team at La Posada de Santa Fe, A Tribute Portfolio Resort & Spa. As a Guest Room Attendant, you will contribute to making our guests' experience a memorable one by ensuring guest rooms are clean and comfortable.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned tasks to the highest quality and brand standards
• Respond to guest requests to ensure an enjoyable and comfortable stay
• Ensure guest rooms are clean and supplies are in order
• Work flexible schedules to accommodate personal life

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar position in a hotel is a plus
• A keen eye for detail and respect for the importance of cleanliness in a hotel setting
• Pride in organizational and time management skills
• Physical stamina for the work involved

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
