Guest Room Attendant

About the role

We are seeking experienced and customer service-oriented individuals to fill the position of Guest Room Attendant. Our Housekeeping Team makes our hotels feel like home, ensuring guests have an enjoyable and comfortable stay.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned tasks to the highest quality and brand standards to make guests' experience memorable.
• Clean guest rooms.
• Respond to guest requests.
• Contribute to the hotel's financial profitability.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar position in a hotel is a plus.
• A keen eye for detail and respect for the importance of impeccably clean guest rooms and supplies.
• Pride in organizational and time management skills.
• Flexibility in working various shifts, including days and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
