Guest Room Attendant

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms according to Atlantis' quality standards.
• Perform tasks such as making beds, vacuuming, emptying trash, wiping down surfaces, and dusting.
• Replenish amenities like ashtrays, soaps, and tissues.
• Clean bathrooms by scrubbing basins, bathtubs, shower walls, and floors.
• Place clean bathmats and towels as needed.
• Report room conditions requiring repair to management.
• Complete duties using the room classification checklist.
• Perform other assignments as directed by management.

Qualifications

• Standing and walking for long periods.
• Repetitive movements such as bending, stooping, squatting, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 25-30 pounds.
• Occasional lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
• Working weekends and holidays.
• Previous housekeeping or similar role experience preferred but not required.
• Must adhere to grooming standards and follow all company policies.
