Guest Relations Representative, Full Time

About the role

Iredell Health System is seeking a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Guest Relations Representative to create a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and callers.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or healthcare setting preferred.
• Bilingual preferred; the ability to understand, communicate effectively with, and read/write Spanish proficiently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Schedule

6:30 AM - 3:00 PM, rotating weekends.
