Responsibilities

• Oversee Guest Relations, PBX, Volunteer Services, Gift Shop, and Chaplain Program functions
• Manage staff, volunteers, and departmental resources to promote exceptional service and efficient operations
• Develop and maintain service standards, policies, and procedures that support patient, visitor, and employee satisfaction
• Maintain departmental performance and implement improvements to enhance service quality, operational effectiveness, and compliance with organizational standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
• 3+ years of leadership experience in healthcare, customer service, hospitality, volunteer services, or related field
• Knowledge of customer service principles, departmental operations, budgeting, and performance improvement
• Strong communication, interpersonal, leadership, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain effective working relationships

Preferred Requirements

• 5+ years of leadership experience in healthcare guest relations, volunteer services, telecommunications, hospitality, or related field
• Certification in healthcare leadership, volunteer administration, or patient experience
• Knowledge of healthcare accreditation standards and service excellence practices
• Strong organizational, analytical, and program development skills
