Guest Experience Host - Mission Pacific (Full Time)

About the role

Front Office associates are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This role gives opportunity for casual conversation and impacts the guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Process guest check-in and check-out procedures
• Communicate hotel services and promotions to guests
• Respond to guest inquiries
• Handle guest payments and reservations
• Manage guest records and ensure accuracy

Requirements

• Previous hotel front desk experience or 2+ years of customer service experience
• Refined verbal communication skills
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight (about 25 pounds)
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
