Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to ensure their stay exceeds expectations
• Provide exceptional service in all aspects of guest interaction
• Participate in team meetings to discuss strategies and improve guest experiences
• Support the maintenance of a clean and welcoming environment
• Contribute to the overall success of the resort through teamwork and collaboration

Requirements

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred but not required
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with guests
• Passion for creating memorable experiences for guests

Pay

The expected base wage range for this position is: $23 per hour.
