Responsibilities

• Supports guest experiences proactively to exceed expectations
• Manages guest recovery processes
• Communicates with high-tier guest requests prior to arrival
• Leverages knowledge of hotel services, local events, venues, and transportation options
• May oversee operations within the Rooms Department

• Hotel/resort experience
• Supervisory/managerial experience

Pay

$70,304.00 - $81,900.00 annually
