About the role
The Assistant Guest Experience Manager supports guest experiences, ensuring the resort's proactive approach exceeds guest expectations before departure. This role leads guest recovery processes and communicates with high-tier guest requests proactively.
Responsibilities
- Supports guest experiences and ensures proactive efforts to exceed guest expectations.
- Led the guest recovery process.
- Communicates with high-tier guest requests proactively.
- Works within the Rooms Operation, knowing hotel services, local events, venues, and transportation options.
Requirements

- Experience and thorough understanding of guest services.
- Self-driven and self-starter personality.
- Organized and skilled at learning and mastering software systems.

- Hotel/Resort experience.
- Supervisory/Managerial experience.
- Open availability for weekdays, weekends, holidays, mornings, mid-days, afternoons, evenings.
