About the role
We are seeking a passionate recruiter, community builder, and "matchmaker" to take the matching program from high-touch manual motion to a scalable program. This individual will own GTME vetting end-to-end, build the sourcing, qualification, and account management motion, and run the matching motion.
Responsibilities
- Build vetting rubrics and intake processes
- Manage the ENT-side pipeline
- Define what strong GTME talent means
- Design the vetting experience
- Run matches personally, learning what works and iterating
- Enable GTM teams to attract, assess, and retain great talent
- Help build hype around the coolest new job in GTM and tech!
Requirements
You must be experienced in recruiting, talent, or GTM hiring. You should have experience scaling a talent function, a marketplace, a matching motion, or a two-sided community. You should be comfortable running a high-touch motion, such as 30-minute intake calls with every candidate.
Qualifications
You should have experience using AI to solve problems and taste and judgement to know when not to use AI. Compensation range: $110K - $200K.
