About the CompanyFoundation Alloy is building the most advanced metal alloy company in the world. Our mission is to unlock performance that legacy materials and processes simply cannot deliver, enabling the next generation of critical hardware across space, aerospace, defense, energy, and industrial applications.Our proprietary MetalsFIRST™ platform eliminates melting entirely, using mechanical alloying and rapid sintering to produce alloys with ultra-fine grain structures and exceptional properties. We are already deploying initial materials, including our Molyclast® alloys (MC700, MC1200, and MC-X) and specialty steels.We are a Boston-area company commercializing deep materials science developed at the intersection of advanced manufacturing and frontier materials science. We move fast, operate with high technical rigor, and are scaling the infrastructure to bring these materials into production. Currently in the process of relocating from Cambridge, MA to Woburn, MA by early next year. What you'll be working on:Drive cross-functional GTM projects and strategic initiatives from analysis through execution, working closely with commercial, product, engineering, and leadership teamsOwn GTM operations, including CRM management, pipeline analytics, KPI reporting, dashboards, and processes that improve commercial executionConduct market, customer, application, and competitive research to inform market development and commercialization prioritiesExecute targeted GTM campaigns and initiatives across priority markets, including account research, events, customer communications, and marketing programsSupport development of customer-facing materials, presentations, case studies, sales enablement tools, and other commercial contentCoordinate priority customer and partner programs, ensuring actions, deliverables, and internal stakeholders remain alignedAnalyze commercial performance and customer feedback to identify opportunities, bottlenecks, and recommendations for the GTM teamTake ownership of high-priority, ambiguous projects as the company scales, building lightweight processes and systems where needed Qualifications1–4 years of experience in strategy & operations, consulting, business operations, GTM, commercialization, marketing, or a high-growth startup environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and translate analysis into actionHighly organized with demonstrated ability to independently manage projects, stakeholders, and competing prioritiesExcellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work effectively across technical and commercial teamsEntrepreneurial, curious, and hands-on; comfortable moving between strategic analysis and detailed executionStrong Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with CRM, analytics, automation, or AI productivity tools is a plusInterest in advanced manufacturing, hard tech, metallurgy, materials science, aerospace, automotive, energy, or related industrial markets is strongly preferredBachelor's degree in engineering, business, economics, materials science, or a related field preferred CultureWe don’t look for profiles that “fit” with our culture.
