GTM/Sales Recruiter

This role is based in Philadelphia and focuses on recruiting across our US offices for various positions within the business services industry.

About the role

You will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support the company's growth. Partnering closely with hiring managers, you will develop recruitment strategies, manage the full-cycle process, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified candidates for various roles within the company.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews to assess qualifications.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates for future opportunities.
• Stay updated on industry trends to identify new recruitment opportunities.

Requirements

• Experience with full-cycle recruitment processes.
• Experience recruiting for Sales & GTM professionals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
