GTM Sales Recruiter

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience of GTM recruiting in-house, with a strong track record of successful hires across sales roles.
• Demonstrated success owning a full desk, managing end-to-end recruiting processes, and consistently delivering on aggressive hiring targets.
• Understanding of GTM functions, sales roles, methodologies, and industry terminology.
• Experience using GEM, Greenhouse technology.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to thrive while managing multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with recruiting platforms and tools, including ATS systems and sourcing technologies (Greenhouse and Workday experience is a plus).
• A data-driven, results oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a high performing team.

Annual Salary Range

The annual salary hiring range for this position is $89,000 to $132,000 USD. Compensation is based on factors unique to each candidate, including, but not limited to, job-related skills, qualification, education, experience, and location. At Gong, we have a location-based compensation structure, which means there may be a different range for candidates in other locations. The total compensation package for this position, in addition to base compensation, may include incentive compensation, bonus, equity, and benefits. Some of our sales compensation programs also offer the potential to achieve above targeted earnings for those who exceed their sales targets.
