About the role
This is a strategic recruiting role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and enjoys building relationships with hiring leaders while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for complex GTM roles, including Account Executives and Solutions/Pre-Sales Engineers.
- Parenthetize Partner with Sales leaders (Senior Managers through VP level) to define talent strategies and hiring plans.
- Build proactive sourcing strategies to engage top passive talent through LinkedIn, talent communities, and creative channels.
- Leverage recruiting data and market insights to improve hiring outcomes, forecast pipelines, and optimize funnel performance.
- Manage the full candidate lifecycle, including interview process, offer strategy, and compensation discussions.
Requirements
- Experience recruiting Sales/GTM talent within a SaaS, technology, or enterprise organization.
- Proven success hiring quota-carrying roles, including Account Executives and Sales Engineers.
- Strong ability to influence and advise senior-level stakeholders.
- Experience managing compensation conversations, including OTE structures and equity considerations.
- Data-driven approach with experience using recruiting analytics and funnel insights.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually.
Schedule
Full-time, 40 hours per week.
