Why This Role Matters
As our GTM Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in shaping DualEntry’s talent acquisition strategy. With a focus on building and executing recruiting strategies across various departments, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and closing exceptional candidates. This role requires a deep understanding of creative sourcing techniques and the ability to define role requirements and market positioning. You will also be involved in the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing to closing offers, and will be expected to continuously improve the candidate experience and establish a repeatable process.

What You'll Create Impact On
- Build and execute DualEntry’s recruiting strategy across engineering, AI/ML, product, GTM, and leadership roles
- Source, engage, and close exceptional candidates in competitive recruiting markets, including creative sourcing strategies
- Partner with Founders and hiring managers to define role requirements, target profiles, technical assessments, and market positioning
- Own full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and closing
- Establish and continuously improve candidate experience, ensuring every touchpoint reflects DualEntry’s bar for excellence
- Build and manage a repeatable recruiting process, pipeline reporting, and analytics to identify what works
Requirements
- Hardcore work ethic and high agency
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience at high-growth start-ups
- Deep sourcing expertise: you know how to find and attract talent beyond inbound with creative strategies
- An analytical approach to identify profitable talent sources and to manage team members against KPIs
- Practical and high-speed recruitment approach
- Experience building recruiting functions from the ground up (candidate experience systems, ATS workflows, etc.)
Compensation & Benefits
- Equity: $15,000 - $35,000 USD
- Base Salary: $50,000 - $100,000 USD
