About the role
Augment is seeking a Sales GTM Recruiter for a 5-month contract position, with the possibility of converting to a full-time role contingent upon performance and business needs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, building pipelines, and moving hiring processes forward for various revenue-generating roles within the company.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle sales recruiting for enterprise Account Executives, Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Sales Managers, and GTM leaders.
- Source proactively, building lists and reaching out to find qualified candidates who are not actively looking.
- Maintain and move the pipeline efficiently, ensuring no slow loops, dropped candidates, or ghosting occurs.
- Partner closely with Andrew Mintz and GTM leadership to define what success looks like for each role and advocate for clear expectations.
- Utilize AI tools daily in sourcing, screening, researching, and scheduling to work more effectively.
Requirements
- Proven experience recruiting quota-carrying enterprise Account Executives, SDRs, Sales Managers, and GTM leaders.
- Strong understanding of what constitutes a successful sales hire and the ability to distinguish between those who are merely talkers and those who are closers.
- A background as a sourcer who builds pipelines rather than relying on inbound applications.
- Experience using AI tools regularly to enhance sourcing, screening, and scheduling processes.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, such as a startup, where you thrived despite not having a fully developed playbook.
- An organized and honest approach to managing multiple requisitions while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
- Bonus points for previous experience in GTM operations or technical recruiting, particularly if you have recruited for implementation, solutions engineering, or post-sales roles.
Benefits
The role offers a fully remote opportunity, welcoming applications from candidates worldwide. It is a 5-month contract engagement with the potential to convert to a full-time role based on performance and business needs. Flexible schedules are expected with overlap during US business hours.
