Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for Sales, Marketing, and Client Growth Partner (CGP) positions.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, hiring priorities, and timelines.
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
- Screens candidates for sales acumen, leadership capability, cultural fit, and growth potential.
- Effectively manage and set expectations with hiring managers using market insights and data.
- Lead compensation discussions and negotiations with sales candidates, including base salary, commissions, incentives, and variable pay structures.
- Ensure a strong candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting in the ATS.
- Handle multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting quality and time-to-hire goals.
Qualifications
- 4–10 years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on Sales, Marketing, and Client Growth roles.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage end-to-end hiring processes.
- Strong understanding of sales compensation structures, including commissions and incentive plans.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Demonstrated experience managing hiring manager relationships and expectations.
- Ability to confidently present perspectives, challenge assumptions, and drive hiring decisions.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.).
Work Model
A hybrid role requiring 2–3 days per week onsite at the Atlanta office. Position open for full-time and contract hiring.
