GTM Partnerships Lead
Attio is the CRM built for the AI era. Designed for the most ambitious go-to-market teams, it gives companies the power to understand every customer, automate at scale, and build their go-to-market motion exactly as they need. We've raised $116M from top investors including GV (Google Ventures), Redpoint, Balderton, Point Nine, and 01A. We hire builders who thrive on complex technical challenges, hold themselves to a high bar, and genuinely care about delighting users.
About the role
We’re looking for a GTM Partnerships Lead to build and scale a thriving ecosystem of partners across multiple channels, including System Integrators (SIs), affiliates, and resellers. This is a high-impact role with both strategic and operational responsibility. You’ll help build the foundation for several partner programs, own key relationships, and work cross-functionally to ensure customers and partners both succeed.
Responsibilities
- Help scale Attio's Expert Program, growing a thriving ecosystem of consultants, agencies, and independent operators who help customers successfully adopt Attio.
- Recruit, onboard, and enable new partners, creating playbooks, training, and resources that help them become successful quickly.
- Build lasting relationships with top partners, helping them grow their businesses while making Attio their CRM of choice.
- Design programs that incentivize partner engagement, referrals, implementations, and long-term customer success.
- Work closely with Sales to identify partnership opportunities that accelerate customer acquisition and expansion.
- Partner with Marketing to create co-marketing campaigns, customer stories, webinars, events, and educational content.
- Collaborate with Product to ensure partners have early access, clear documentation, and a feedback loop into the product roadmap.
- Identify and launch new partnership motions — including channel partnerships, referral programs, etc.
- Define the systems, metrics, and operating cadence that allow partnerships to scale as Attio grows.
- Measure the impact of partnerships across pipeline, customer acquisition, implementation quality, product adoption, and expansion.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in partnerships, channel, success, solutions, or similar roles — ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Experience building or contributing to SI, channel, expert, or service partner programs from the ground up or scaling one at a high-growth company.
- Equal parts strategic thinker and scrappy operator — comfortable with ambiguity and excited to build.
- Commercial mindset: you understand what motivates partners and know how to create programs that align incentives for everyone involved.
- Strong communicator and relationship builder, able to manage multiple external partners while aligning internal stakeholders.
- Process-oriented but not rigid — you know how to design systems that evolve with the business.
- Energized by helping others succeed — both customers and partners.
- Excited about helping build the ecosystem around one of the fastest-growing CRM companies in the world.
Bonus Points
- Experience working on CRM, RevOps, or implementation services.
- Experience working with international or vertical-specific partners.
- Experience launching partner portals, certifications, or marketplaces.
Benefits
- 25 days paid time off plus local holidays
- 401K retirement plan
- Apple laptop and accessories
- Private medical insurance through Cigna or Kaiser where available
- Private dental and vision insurance
- Enhanced parental leave
- Team off-site in fun locations
Pay
Competitive salary of $160,000 to $220,000, plus equity in an early-stage tech company on an incredible trajectory.
