Job Description
As the first marketing hire at GenHealth.ai, you will bridge the gap between engineering and growth. You'll build internal apps and automation frameworks using Python and APIs to drive outbound systems while creating high-impact content. This founding role offers the autonomy to shape the company's technical GTM architecture and brand strategy from day one.

- Possesses 3-5 years of experience in marketing or engineering with strong fundamentals in Python and building internal automation tools.
- Demonstrates exceptional writing skills and the ability to translate complex generative AI concepts into accessible, engaging marketing content for healthcare audiences.
- Thrives in fast-paced startup environments and is comfortable building the plane while flying it across both technical and creative domains.
What You Will Do
- Engineer automated outbound systems and GTM pipelines using Python and APIs to scale lead generation and pipeline performance programmatically.
- Create and distribute high-quality technical content across blogs, newsletters, and social media platforms to establish GenHealth.ai as a thought leader.
- Cook up multi-channel marketing campaigns and professionalize brand presence at major industry conferences through targeted collateral and follow-up strategies.
Qualifications
Possesses 3-5 years of experience in marketing or engineering with strong fundamentals in Python and building internal automation tools.
