Job Description

You will own full-cycle hiring across commercial, analyst, and operational functions, partnering directly with the CEO to scale Modoenergy.com globally. As a high-agency individual contributor, you'll map markets, leverage AI-native workflows for sourcing, and run disciplined processes to close top-decile talent. This role is pivotal in shaping the company's future culture and performance.

About the Role

Partner directly with the CEO on senior searches and strategic hiring, moving beyond a standard coordination role to genuinely shape the company’s global talent density.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the entire recruiting lifecycle from intake to offer close across multiple geographies, ensuring a fast, transparent, and high-quality candidate experience.
  • Execute strategic sourcing and market mapping initiatives to identify and engage top-tier passive talent using first-principles thinking and advanced AI tools.
  • Manage hiring manager relationships, providing strategic guidance on comp reality, role scoping, and interview best practices to ensure alignment and pipeline hygiene.

Requirements

  • Has 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth startup environment where the bar for talent was non-negotiable and infrastructure was lean.
  • Demonstrates a proven track record of closing commercial or GTM roles (AE, AM, CSM) against competing offers from top-tier tech companies.
  • Operates with a high-agency mindset, already integrating AI into their daily workflow or possesses a genuine eagerness to make it central to their recruiting process.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to source and attract top-tier talent through innovative and data-driven strategies.
  • Experience in scaling recruiting efforts across multiple geographies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Advanced proficiency in AI and data analytics tools for sourcing and evaluation.
  • Experience with SaaS platforms and ATS systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
