GTM Compensation and Insights Manager

About the role

Own compensation, benefits, and rewards programs that help attract, retain, and motivate talent at scale. Partner with sales leadership, HR centers of excellence, and cross-functional stakeholders to align talent priorities with commercial execution. Strengthen pay practices, improve program governance, and create more consistent outcomes across the organization within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire monthly commission process, calculating payouts and addressing unique cases like consumption spikes
• Create and distribute monthly Commission Review Decks to sales and finance leadership
• Resolve disputes and inquiries from sales representatives and managers in a timely manner
• Design and track SPIFs across various segments, ensuring precise payout mechanics and rate settings
• Draft and issue comprehensive comp plans, adjusting for mid-year changes and promotions
• Develop new compensation policies and interpret existing guidelines while collaborating with leadership
• Analyze compensation data to monitor performance and integrity, partnering with GTM Analytics

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in sales compensation, commissions, or comp operations, particularly in B2B SaaS or consumption-based sectors
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and familiar with SQL or BI tools
• Hands-on experience with commission platforms like CaptivateIQ or Xactly, and Salesforce
• Strong attention to detail with ability to manage a monthly, deadline-driven process
• Skilled in translating complex policy issues into clear, actionable decisions
• Excellent written communicator for policy documentation and reporting to leadership

Pay

$176,000 – $220,000 annually
