GTM AI Operations Lead

About the role

We're looking for a GTM AI Operations Lead to help build the next generation of how our Go-to-Market organization operates. This role combines AI engineering, product thinking, and operational strategy to create intelligent solutions that improve how our GTM teams work every day.

Key Responsibilities

• Build AI-powered applications, agents, copilots, and automations that improve how our GTM organization operates.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, Revenue Operations, Product, and Engineering to understand business challenges and translate them into scalable AI solutions.
• Partner with GTM teams to understand how they work today, identify friction points, and build AI-powered products that dramatically improve productivity.
• Design, develop, and deploy AI workflows using modern AI development tools, APIs, LLMs, and business systems.
• Rapidly prototype new AI solutions, validate them with end users, and continuously iterate based on feedback and business impact.
• Build intelligent integrations across our GTM systems to ensure information flows seamlessly between platforms and users.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to leverage them across our GTM organization.
• Measure adoption, operational improvements, and business impact to continuously optimize the solutions you build.
• Establish best practices for building scalable, reliable, and maintainable AI applications across the business.
• Stay at the forefront of AI innovation and continuously introduce new capabilities that improve how our teams operate.
