Growth Support Specialist (Marketing Business Development)

Responsibilities

• Process internal and external inquiries relating to patient eligibility and admission
• Perform initial insurance verification and accurately determine patient placement
• Provide education to patients and referral partners on HarmonyCares' mission
• Adhere to internal quality, productivity, and compliance standards
• Triage patient concerns related to care needs, scheduling, and billing
• Maintain confidentiality of provider, company, and patient information

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in a health care related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Strong customer service, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain a professional demeanor
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Self-motivated and dependable
