About the role
We’re looking for a Growth Strategist to build and scale mdhub’s outbound and growth engine, driving deal volume across channels. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, and product — equal parts strategist and builder.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute multi-channel outbound programs across email, LinkedIn, content-led outreach, and events, focused on generating high-quality pipeline.
- Build systems and workflows for prospecting, enrichment, segmentation, and outreach using an AI-first growth stack.
- Develop and run experiments across messaging, targeting, channels, and ICP to uncover what drives repeatable conversions.
- Partner with GTM and the founding team to create and refine playbooks, frameworks, sequences, and campaigns.
- Own performance metrics — meetings booked, pipeline generated, conversion rates, channel effectiveness — and use insights to improve the engine.
- Craft crisp, compelling messaging that speaks directly to clinician and operator pain points across behavioral health and adjacent specialties.
- Continuously optimize workflows by automating what can be automated and elevating personalization where it matters.
- Stay on the frontier — bring new AI, automation, and growth tactics into mdhub’s stack as they emerge.
Requirements
- You’ve done 0 → 1 before — and you’ve built growth and outbound motions from scratch.
- You’re fluent in an AI-first growth stack — and you use it to move faster than traditional GTM teams.
- You’re a marketer at heart — crisp messaging, sharp positioning, and deep audience understanding come naturally to you.
- You operate like a founder — ownership, no excuses, full accountability.
- You thrive in speed and ambiguity — you create clarity, momentum, and structure where none exists.
- You execute relentlessly — you move fast, test constantly, and turn insights into action.
- You’re resourceful — you solve problems independently and figure things out quickly.
Qualifications
- Background in healthcare or behavioral health.
- Experience with clinical operations and workflows.
- Exposure to working with large clinics.
