Growth & Solutions Lead

About the role

This is a foundational growth role. You will be one of the first people helping shape how BabyBots grows.

Responsibilities

  • Build pipeline through outbound outreach, inbound leads, partnerships, and networking
  • Qualify prospects and uncover real operational problems
  • Learn BabyBots’ solutions and communicate their business value clearly
  • Translate technical capabilities into business outcomes (efficiency, automation, cost reduction, scale)
  • Support discovery calls and early-stage solution conversations
  • Partner with delivery teams to scope opportunities and shape solutions
  • Manage opportunities from first contact through close
  • Help shape messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy
  • Provide market feedback to leadership and delivery teams

Requirements

  • 2-5 years experience in B2B sales, consulting, services, or technology roles
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfort engaging with both business and technical stakeholders
  • Self-starter mentality
  • Ability to learn complex offerings and communicate them simply
  • Strong organizational and follow-through skills

Nice to have

  • Experience with consulting, services, SaaS, or technical sales
  • Familiarity with automation, AI, cloud, data, or digital transformation
  • CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Experience in consultative or solution-based selling
