About the role
This is a foundational growth role. You will be one of the first people helping shape how BabyBots grows.
Responsibilities
- Build pipeline through outbound outreach, inbound leads, partnerships, and networking
- Qualify prospects and uncover real operational problems
- Learn BabyBots’ solutions and communicate their business value clearly
- Translate technical capabilities into business outcomes (efficiency, automation, cost reduction, scale)
- Support discovery calls and early-stage solution conversations
- Partner with delivery teams to scope opportunities and shape solutions
- Manage opportunities from first contact through close
- Help shape messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy
- Provide market feedback to leadership and delivery teams
Requirements
- 2-5 years experience in B2B sales, consulting, services, or technology roles
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfort engaging with both business and technical stakeholders
- Self-starter mentality
- Ability to learn complex offerings and communicate them simply
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills
Nice to have
- Experience with consulting, services, SaaS, or technical sales
- Familiarity with automation, AI, cloud, data, or digital transformation
- CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Experience in consultative or solution-based selling
