Qualifications
- 7+ years in partnerships, business development, or strategic account management with a proven track record of handling complex relationships
- Ability to structure and negotiate commercial agreements, collaborating with Finance and Legal teams
- Exceptional relationship management skills, capable of building trust across multiple levels within partner organizations
- Strong cross-functional operational skills, ensuring alignment between teams like Legal, Product, Marketing, and Finance
- Comfortable managing a diverse and active partnership portfolio
