About the role

We are looking for future managers to oversee all aspects of the store as an Assistant Manager. You will be the second in command of a million-dollar business, accountable for everything that happens within your store—whether People, Operations, Sales, or Profits. This includes ensuring the safety, training, and culture of your team. You will lead by example because your team will follow every example you give. You must follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety, training, and culture of your team
• Lead by example and follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time
• Hold crew members to the same policy and procedure standards
• May be asked to help at other locations near your chosen location

Qualifications

• Positive attitude
• High energy
• Prior experience in Domino's OR prior experience leading people
• 18+ years of age
• Good driving record
• Ability to use MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Good background check
• Eligible to work in the USA
• Must reside near store location

Schedule

This is a full-time, hourly position, with overtime available. This position is 5+ days per week, most weekends.
