About the role
We are looking for future managers! Be the second in command of a million-dollar business. Grow to become THE boss. You'll be working for a company that's fun and flexible. This is a full-time, hourly position, with overtime available. Oversee all aspects of the store. You may be asked to help at other locations near to your chosen location. This position is 5+ days per week, most weekends.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the store
- Ensure the safety, training, and culture of your team
- Lead by example because your team will follow every example you give
- Follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew
- Accountable for everything that happens within your store—whether People, Operations, Sales, or Profits
Qualifications
- Great positive attitude
- High Energy
- Prior experience in Domino's OR prior experience managing people
- 18+ years of age
- Good driving record
- Ability to use MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Good background check
- Eligible to work in the USA
- Must reside near store location
