About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic, strategic marketer to lead the charge across our Channel Technical Programs—including Technical Training & Certification, the Premier Services Network, Partner Community, Demo Program, and more. In this high-impact role, you’ll be responsible for driving growth and engagement for the technical programs that empower our most strategic partners across global markets.

This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves. If you’re technically savvy, passionate about partner and customer success, and excited by the opportunity to shape high-impact programs from the ground up—we’d love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

  • Strategic Leadership: Serve as the marketing lead for Channel Technical Programs—owning the strategy, budget, and roadmap to drive awareness, engagement, and growth. Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on how marketing can accelerate program adoption and partner success.
  • Brand & Positioning: Build and amplify the brand identity of Verkada’s partner technical programs, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning across all partner-facing touchpoints and digital channels.
  • Demand Generation: Design and execute data-driven demand generation strategies—including ABM campaigns for priority partners—to increase participation and certification rates across regions.
  • Integrated Campaign Management: Oversee end-to-end campaign development, execution, and optimization across multiple platforms (email, social, paid media, events). Continuously test and iterate to improve ROI and partner engagement.
  • Insights & Reporting: Track, analyze, and communicate marketing performance metrics, translating insights into actionable recommendations to inform strategic decisions and future campaigns.

  • Strong understanding of ABM strategies, tapping into multiple channels - digital and outbound (webinars, direct mail, email, content syndication).
  • Strong quantitative background, with experience using data and metrics to inform marketing decisions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with high attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of SQL, Excel, digital marketing automation, and CRM tools preferred.
  • Must be independently authorized to work in the U.S.
