Growth Marketing Manager-Campaigns
About the role
Samba is a media intelligence company that provides real-time, scalable data on consumer attention across various platforms. As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for owning and managing end-to-end B2B campaigns across multiple channels. Your role involves creating and executing campaigns that drive pipeline growth and alignment with sales objectives.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end B2B campaign creation and management across digital ads, content syndication, email nurturing, gifting, 3D mailers, lead magnets, partner marketing, custom website hooks, surveys, and other emerging channels.
- Build and manage quarterly campaign calendars and strategies tied to business goals, ensuring alignment with pipeline targets.
- Partner with content marketing, product marketing, and event marketing to anticipate upcoming launches, content, and moments, and develop campaigns accordingly.
- Prioritize campaigns based on their potential impact and alignment with business objectives.
- Enable sales teams by providing campaign enablement materials and insights, collaborating closely with sales to understand customer pain points and friction points.
- Independently pull and analyze data from Salesforce and HubSpot to build lists, understand buyer patterns, and identify gaps in the sales funnel.
- Design and implement automated workflows to streamline campaign execution, either through ops teams or personally.
- Create creative assets using design tools that adhere to brand guidelines and secure designer approval.
- Work with vendors to expand campaign capacity and ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
- Use AI tools like Claude/Cowork to enhance campaign ideation, audience research, copy drafting, data analysis, automation design, and reporting, balancing AI speed with human quality.
Requirements
- 4-8 years of experience in B2B growth marketing, demand generation, or campaign management, with a proven track record of running high-velocity, multi-channel campaigns that generate measurable pipeline.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Demandbase, Clay, and Salesforce, including SFDC campaign attribution.
- Experience building compelling campaigns on these tools and demonstrating success in doing so.
- Ability to build campaign strategies and calendars tied to quarterly targets, focusing on pipeline math, conversion rates, and funnel coverage.
- Deep collaboration with sales teams, embedding with sellers to understand their needs and pain points, and building sales enablement into campaigns.
- Understanding of ABM principles and ability to execute account-based campaigns that align with sales priorities.
- Experience with AI tools like Claude, Cowork, or similar, using them regularly to accelerate campaign work.
- Experience with product-led growth (PLG) motions and the ability to think beyond traditional demand generation when the product supports it.
- Scrupulous attention to detail and a high bar for creative quality, ensuring campaigns stand out in a crowded market.

- Strong understanding of the B2B marketing landscape and the ability to adapt campaigns to different product and service offerings.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with sales teams and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Experience with AI tools and a willingness to integrate them into campaign workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Pay
- Base salary range: $100,000 - $150,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
- Full-time position with standard Monday through Friday workweek.
