This role involves owning end-to-end B2B campaign creation and management across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end B2B campaign creation and management across channels: digital ads (multiple formats), content syndication, email nurturing, gifting, 3D mailers, lead magnets, partner marketing, custom website hooks, surveys, and new channels.
  • Build and manage quarterly campaign calendars and strategies tied to business goals.
  • Partner with content marketing, product marketing, and event marketing to understand upcoming launches, content, and moments and build campaigns against them.
  • Prioritize campaigns ruthlessly based on industry knowledge, customer insights, and sales cycle understanding.
  • Master campaign sales enablement by enabling sellers to follow up on campaigns collaboratively and understanding customer pain points.
  • Parse Salesforce and HubSpot data independently to build lists, understand buyer patterns, and identify gaps in the funnel.
  • Run high-velocity campaigns each quarter while managing full-funnel coverage with quality.
  • Design automations and hand them off to an ops team or build them yourself.
  • Use AI tools including Claude/Cowork, AI agents, and generative AI as core infrastructure in your workflows.

Requirements

  • 4-8 years of experience in B2B growth marketing, demand gen, or campaign management with a track record of running high-velocity, multi-channel campaigns that generate measurable pipeline.
  • Hands-on experience with our stack: HubSpot, Demandbase, Clay, and Salesforce including SFDC campaign attribution.
  • Experience building compelling campaigns on these tools and showing the work.
  • Ability to build campaign strategies and calendars tied to quarterly targets.
  • Deep collaboration with sales, embedding with sellers, listening to Gong calls, learning pain points firsthand, and building sales enablement into campaigns.
  • Experience with ABM motions and demonstrating results in ABM campaigns.
  • Independent ability to pull data, build lists, analyze funnel performance, and spot patterns in HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Experience running campaigns across a wide range of channels: digital ads, content syndication, email nurture, gifting, direct mail, lead magnets, partner marketing, website-triggered plays, surveys, and more.
  • Experience designing automations and handling triggers, branching, enrollment criteria, and suppression.
  • Experience working with design tools to create on-brand assets fast and getting designer approval.
  • Understanding of ABM principles and executing account-based campaigns that align with sales priorities.
  • AI-native, using Claude, Cowork, or similar AI tools daily and having real examples of how AI has accelerated campaign work.
  • Experience with or strong aptitude for product-led growth (PLG) motions, thinking beyond traditional demand gen when the product supports it.
  • Scraping, resourcefulness, and taking ownership of ideas, pitching them, and building them.
  • A high bar for creative quality, ensuring campaigns stand out in the market.

  • Strong MQL → SQL → opportunity → pipeline → revenue conversion rates driven by your campaigns across channels and campaigns.
  • A campaign calendar tightly aligned with content, product, and event marketing.
  • Sellers actively using your enablement and following up on campaigns due to the relationship and ease of use.
  • A diverse portfolio of campaigns for coverage across account types, personas, and products.
  • A growing library of automated campaign workflows running at scale with quality, handed off to ops and humming.
  • Dashboards you live in daily that show the health of the funnel and areas needing improvement.
  • Campaigns that stand out in the market, creative, targeted, multi-channel plays that people talk about internally and externally.

Skills

  • Experience with AI tools including Claude, Cowork, or similar AI agents.
  • Experience with product-led growth (PLG) motions.
  • Ability to prioritize and execute campaigns effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills to parse and analyze data from Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Experience with multiple marketing channels and tools.
  • Collaborative and adaptive approach to campaign development.
  • Highly creative and innovative in campaign design.
