• Strategic planning and execution for paid acquisition channels.
• Creation of creative briefs for paid campaigns.

Answer Engine Optimization

• Visibility in platforms like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Claude.
• Optimization efforts to improve search engine rankings.

Content engine

• Brand messaging and copy creation across various channels.
• Collaboration with the Sr. Creative Strategist on visual elements.
• Development and execution of content strategies.

Email revenue

• Expansion and optimization of email marketing flows.
• Segmentation and lifecycle marketing initiatives.

Influencer and affiliate strategy

• Strategy development for leveraging external voices.
• Building a discovery engine through influencer and affiliate partnerships.

Website conversion

• Diagnosis of conversion issues and writing of conversion specs.
• Execution of website improvements by vendors or internal teams.

AI tooling and automations

• Reduction of costs per campaign, per piece of content, and per experiment.
• Orchestrating AI tools to automate processes.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in a growth or performance marketing function.
• Comfortable with efficiency ratios and metrics-driven decision-making.
• Experience with modern AI tools and workflows.
• Klaviyo, Shopify, and analytics fluency.
• CRO instincts and editorial judgment.
• Bonus points for in-house paid media, SEO program-building, and agentic coding skills.
