How You'll Make an Impact

  • Website strategy and conversion optimization:
    • You will own its architecture, page flow, conversion paths, forms, CTAs, and ongoing A/B testing.
    • PMM creates the messaging and substance; you own how it converts.
  • Organic search and AEO / LLM visibility:
    • You will own SEO/AEO end-to-end — technical, on-page, content strategy, programmatic pages, internal linking — and our visibility in LLM-driven search (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini AI).
  • Content distribution and editorial calendar:
    • You partner with the Director of Product Marketing to deploy content across the inbound funnel and identify gaps that need to be created.
    • PMM produces; you deploy strategically and request what does not yet exist.
  • Paid demand capture:
    • You will own Google Ads, LinkedIn intent campaigns, retargeting, paid placements on review sites (G2, Capterra), and similar conversion-oriented paid channels.
    • You will own budget allocation, attribution, optimization, and channel ROI accountability.
  • Inbound funnel reporting and conversion scoreboard:
    • You own the metrics. You report weekly. Leading indicators (traffic quality, paid efficiency, page conversion) feed into the headline metric: inbound-sourced SALs, opportunities, and end-to-end conversion rates.

    What You Bring to the Table

    • 5+ years of B2B SaaS demand gen / growth marketing experience
    • Demonstrated ownership of an inbound funnel that materially drove pipeline at a Series B–C company or equivalent stage.
    • Deep SEO chops — technical, on-page, and content strategy — with a credible point of view on AEO / LLM visibility.
    • Hands-on paid acquisition experience across LinkedIn, Google, and conversion-focused channels; comfortable owning budget and ROI.
    • Lifecycle and nurture program experience in HubSpot
    • Strong analytical foundation: can build a pipeline forecast model and defend it to a CFO.
    • Editorial judgment — can shape an editorial calendar and brief writers/PMM on what is needed
    • Revenue mindset: you have held & exceeded a pipeline number
    • Strong partnership skills with the rest of Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, Sales Ops, and Product Engineering.
    • A perpetual learning mindset, opinionated on what we are doing and always open to exploration

    Compensation

    For candidates who receive an offer for this position, the compensation range is expected to be between $140,000 - $170,000. This may include additional incentives such as commission targets, restricted stock units, and/or bonuses, depending on the role.
