Growth Marketing Manager
Our client, a consulting firm in the senior living and housing space, is looking for a full-time Growth Marketing Manager to start as soon as identified. This role requires 4 days per month onsite in the Annapolis office.
About the role
The Growth Marketing Manager will play a key role in driving organic growth and lead generation for a growing division of the firm. Reporting to the VP and Executive Director and partnering closely with the marketing team, this role requires deep SEO expertise to own and scale organic acquisition across the business. The position connects search strategy with content, paid media, website optimization, analytics, attribution, conversion, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate understands how audience needs, search intent, content, and digital channels work together to drive qualified leads and enrollments.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end organic growth and SEO strategy, including technical SEO, content optimization, site architecture, internal linking, schema, and search experience
- Develop keyword, topic, and content strategies based on learner personas, search intent, competitive insights, and business goals
- Build and manage scalable content operations, including content creation, optimization, refreshes, and site hygiene
- Repurpose existing intellectual property into search-optimized assets and manage internal resources, contractors, and agencies
- Integrate paid and organic acquisition efforts, using insights from each channel to improve performance, messaging, targeting, and conversion
- Own marketing measurement, attribution, analytics, reporting, and performance tracking across the customer funnel
- Safeguard SEO performance during website, LMS, and platform changes, ensuring data integrity and seamless user journeys
- Establish and scale an SME-driven content model that leverages industry expertise and thought leadership
Requirements
- 6+ years of digital, growth, or performance marketing experience with significant SEO ownership
- Strong expertise in SEO strategy, technical SEO, content marketing, analytics, website optimization, and performance measurement
- Ability to connect search data to audience insights, conversion optimization, and business outcomes
- Experience managing agencies, vendors, or specialists and driving accountability for results
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Pardot, GA4, Google Search Console, Semrush, tag management, CRM reporting, and attribution frameworks
- Comfortable operating as a strategic and hands-on individual contributor in a fast-paced environment
