Growth Marketing Manager
About the role
We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to own some of Noom's most critical and high-visibility paid media programs. You'll manage our global Google Ads and Microsoft advertising partnerships, and lead our international paid social program across Meta.
This is a role with real ownership: you'll inherit mature, high-performing channels and simultaneously pioneer something brand new. You'll partner closely with Growth Product, Creative, and Engineering teams to execute campaigns and conversion experiments that drive meaningful results.

Lead Noom’s international paid social program across Meta, managing campaign strategy, execution, and optimization to drive efficient acquisition globally.
Manage and develop a direct report, coaching them on execution, building their skills, and helping them grow within the team.
Analyze campaign, funnel, and conversion data to identify opportunities, inform strategy, and present findings clearly to senior stakeholders.
Partner cross-functionally with Growth Product, Creative, and Engineering/Web Development teams to bring campaigns to life.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing, with ideally 1–2 years managing or leading others.
- Hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads, with a track record of managing high-spend, direct response campaigns in-platform.
- Experience running paid social programs across international markets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw actionable conclusions from data; proficiency in Looker, Excel, or similar data visualization tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting strategy and results to senior leadership.
- A collaborative, cross-functional working style—comfortable partnering with product, creative, and technical teams to get things done.
- Background in direct response (DR)-focused environments; experience at a performance marketing agency is a strong plus.

- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven success in driving revenue growth through performance marketing initiatives.
- Experience in managing and optimizing large-scale ad campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices.

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $103,000 – $135,000. Actual compensation is determined by job-related factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
Schedule
This role is eligible for our NYC or Princeton office locations, operating on a hybrid schedule (2 days per week on-site).
