What You'll Do

  • Drive smart paid acquisition efforts as a complement to organic growth programs.
  • Own channel strategy and execution for our self-serve business, including planning, budgeting, and performance reporting.
  • Run structured, scrappy experiments across content and channels, tracking CAC, CPA, and activation rates to know when to scale and when to kill.
  • Work closely with Product to optimize our website, landing pages, and core conversion flows.
  • Lead AEO/GEO and SEO strategy and execution: keyword research, on-page optimization, programmatic pages, and content planning.
  • Work closely with Product to run lifecycle email campaigns focused primarily on driving sign-ups and activation.

What We're Looking For

  • Comfort in building growth campaigns end-to-end with some or limited design support.
  • Strong, balanced creative and conversion instincts.
  • Tech proficiency on the basics (CMS, HTML, etc).
  • Analytical skills that pair observation with action.

Exceptionally Strong Candidates Might Also Have

  • Familiarity with self-serve motions and metrics.
  • Passion for or experience in creative tooling.
