AiPrise is an AI-powered compliance platform utilized by companies such as Meta, Bridge (a Stripe company), Airwallex, Fireblocks, Circle, and Nivoda. We assist compliance teams in onboarding businesses across 200+ countries through native KYB, KYC, AML, and decisioning workflows. AiPrise is a YC S22 company, Series A funded ($12.5M led by Headline), and currently employs around 40 individuals.
About This Role
We are hiring our second full-time marketing person. This role involves working closely with the Head of Marketing on various aspects including paid ads, content creation, social media, newsletters, events, and reporting. The position offers exposure to multiple channels and allows for direct ownership over key areas. It is designed as a stepping stone towards becoming a Head of Marketing within 1-3 years. Key responsibilities include:
- Owning LinkedIn organic content end-to-end
- Drafting long-form content tailored for compliance buyers
- Coordinating with the paid ads agency on Google, Meta, and LinkedIn campaigns
- Producing newsletters in Beehiiv from copy to send
- Working with the design agency and freelancers on creative briefs and reviews
- Executing new lead generation ideas
- Keeping marketing reporting clean and up-to-date
Who You Are
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably at an early-stage B2B SaaS company
- Comfortable managing ad platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- A confident writer capable of producing polished content without extensive feedback
- High proficiency with AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT, actively using them in your workflow
- Scrupulous and resourceful, able to solve problems independently and quickly
- An interest in compliance and fintech, curious about how these industries function
- Desirable skills include analytics, SEO, GEO optimization, design sense, and experience writing for technical buyers
We operate remotely with a US-based team, using tools like Notion, Asana, Slack, Claude, and Figma. Our team size is small, free of politics, and decisions move swiftly. We provide direct feedback and measure marketing outputs honestly, killing ineffective strategies and doubling down on successful ones.
