Responsibilities
- Build AI Automations: Design and deploy AI-driven workflows to automate lead qualification, content distribution, and personalized outreach.
- Own the Website: Treat our website as a product. Own the performance, experiments, and conversion paths, ensuring roboflow.com is a high-converting machine.
- GTM Engineering: Build the connective tissue between our tools. Whether it's connecting APIs, setting up webhooks, or building custom scrapers, you bridge the gap between marketing ideas and technical execution.
- Lifecycle Marketing: Design the end-to-end user journey. Use email flows, in-app triggers, and retention loops to turn a first-time user into a power user and advocate.
- Analytics & Integration: Ensure we have a clear view of our funnel from first touch to closed-won and find opportunities across all channels to increase leads, pipeline, and revenue.
Requirements
- A track record of stitching together a Marketing stack and managing data pipelines.
- End-to-end ownership of the infrastructure and the outcomes it produces.
- A Technical Generalist: Technical enough to ship your ideas and can navigate a modern tech stack.
- Automation Obsessed: Expert in the modern automation stack (Zapier, Clay, OpenAI API) and love finding ways to remove manual friction.
- Data-Driven: Deep experience with analytics tools (PostHog, Segment, Hex, etc.) and proven ability to measure and iterate.
- Growth Mindset: Understand that growth is a game of experiments. Ship quickly, measure, and iterate or kill projects based on how they perform.
- Product-Minded: Understand developers and the B2B world. Know that marketing to this audience means being helpful, technical, and providing immediate value.
