Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy to achieve aggressive growth targets
- Own the full-funnel metrics, from top-of-funnel lead generation to sales-qualified opportunities
- Optimize the marketing tech stack to enable efficient growth
- Create data-driven, multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Create compelling content and messaging that resonates with our target audience of independent grocers
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to align growth initiatives with overall business objectives
Qualifications
- Experience marketing to SMB or enterprise customers in traditional industries (e.g., retail, logistics, supply chain, food, health, construction, trades)
- 6+ years of experience in growth/demand gen in B2B SaaS marketing
- Fluency in modern martech stacks and technical proficiency in marketing operations
- Proven track record of scaling revenue in a fast paced environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform strategy and demonstrate ROI
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and distill complexity into poetry
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Ideal Candidate Qualities
- Entrepreneurial: Comfortable with ambiguity and able to pivot strategies as needed. Prior startup exposure Series A C or ex-founder experience is preferred
