Responsibilities
- Design and manage multi-channel conversational campaigns, including web chat, 1:1 email, SMS, and targeted phone outreach, to generate and accelerate pipeline from qualified leads to opportunities.
- Own the web chat channel end to end, building automated chat flows for the broader audience and managing a live chat experience for high-value B2B visitors, routing conversations to sellers at the right moment.
- Send targeted 1:1 emails and outreach on behalf of sellers from Gong Engage, following up with leads and proactively nurturing the database for accounts to engage with.
- Partner with marketing ops to transform best-performing campaigns into scalable automations, designing the workflow, writing the copy, defining triggers and branching logic, and handing off a campaign-ready spec.
- Build and refine persona-specific messaging across Samba TV's key buyer segments, learning deeply about multiple personas and adapting tone, positioning, and value propositions for each.
- Manage and optimize HubSpot and Salesforce workflows for lead tracking, nurture sequencing, and performance measurement, maintaining clean data and tight processes as you scale.
- Identify and address gaps in the funnel, identifying where leads stall, what data is missing, or where messaging falls short, and building fixes to improve conversion rates.
- Track your numbers obsessively, reporting on campaign performance weekly and iterating based on performance data to inform future strategies.
- Use AI tools, including Claude/Cowork, AI agents, and generative AI, as core infrastructure in your daily workflows, drafting outreach, personalizing at scale, building automations, researching accounts, and analyzing campaign results.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in B2B demand generation, marketing campaigns, BDR/SDR, or conversational marketing, understanding the full funnel and operating across it.
- Fluency in HubSpot and Salesforce, comfortable with tools like Gong Engage, 6sense, Drift/Qualified, and modern martech, able to learn new platforms quickly.
- Hands-on experience designing campaigns with automation logic, including triggers, branching, enrollment criteria, and suppression lists, thinking in workflows rather than just copy.
- Sharp, on-brand 1:1 communications, including emails, chat scripts, and call talk tracks, that sound human, land with the right persona, and drive action.
- Understanding of ABM principles and ability to execute account-based plays that coordinate across channels and align with sales priorities.
- Demonstrated experience interpreting marketing and sales data to steer outreach strategy, optimize campaigns, and report results to stakeholders.
- AI-native, using Claude, Cowork, or similar AI tools daily across workflows, including outreach drafting, lead research, campaign design, and reporting.
- Ability to navigate complex B2B sales cycles, technical products, and large organizations, driving work forward with imperfect information.
- Cross-functional operator who builds strong working relationships with sales, marketing ops, design, and product teams.
- A high bar for quality but knows how to balance polish with velocity to hit numbers.
- Energized by experimentation, building diversified playbooks and testing iteratively.

- A culture of testing and scale, running quarterly experiments, reading results, and scaling what works.
