About the role
We're looking for a go-to-market hire to join the founding team of Hazel, the AI coworker for consumer brands. The ideal candidate will own top-of-funnel activities, generating qualified pipeline with our CEO.
Responsibilities
- Own pipeline generation end to end, setting strategy, running experiments, and growing qualified conversations month over month.
- Build events and field motion into a repeatable pipeline engine, including dinners, workshops, and meetups.
- Drive content and search visibility, amplifying founder-led distribution on LinkedIn and building Hazel’s voice in the DTC community.
- Own measurement, knowing which motions generate pipeline and which are theater.
- Work directly with customers and the CEO to start conversations that lead to deals.
Requirements
- 2–6 years in growth, demand gen, field/event marketing, or a GTM generalist role, ideally at an early-stage startup.
- A builder who does the work, not just directs it.
- Experience using modern AI tools to generate pipeline through content, events, and community.
- Strong understanding of the e-commerce/DTC world.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of generating pipeline through content, events, and community.
- Experience in early-stage startups, particularly those in AI or related fields.
- High agency and urgency, able to drive initiatives without needing a large team to execute.
Skills
- Strong pipeline generation and management skills.
- Experience with modern AI tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and set strategic direction.
Benefits
- Compensation range: $150K - $175K
- Variable compensation tied to pipeline performance
