Growth Marketer

About the role

We’re looking for a Growth Marketer to help crack the next phase of distribution at Julius AI, a fast-moving AI startup with over 2M users, including companies like Nvidia and institutions like Harvard Business School. You’ll own critical growth and distribution projects with real autonomy and a direct line to the founding team. The role spans content, distribution, community, and video, and you’ll have significant room to shape it.

Responsibilities

• Own content across X, LinkedIn, Reddit, and YouTube, from ideation to publishing
• Create video content including short-form clips, product capability videos, industry deep dives, and other engaging content across channels
• Find creative ways to get Julius in front of new audiences—whether that’s jumping on trending conversations with data visualizations, building relationships in online communities, or testing entirely new channels
• Track what’s working and double down on it. We care about results, not activity.

Requirements

• Background in business, marketing, entrepreneurship, or finance
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable being on camera and creating video content
• Numbers-driven and genuinely curious about data
• High-agency and willing to quickly learn skills you don’t have yet
• Can start remote ASAP and go full-time in San Francisco
